Streameet

Every Zoom guest becomes its own camera.

Zoom hands your switcher one window with everybody crammed into it. Streameet joins the meeting and republishes each participant as an independent NDI source on your network — so a remote guest behaves like any other camera in OBS, vMix or ProPresenter.

Each participant becomes its own NDI source. Your switcher sees four cameras, not one shared screen.

Status you can read from across a dark booth.

Every channel states what it is doing — publishing, ready or faulted — with a colour, a shape and a word, never colour alone. Frame rates are set in tabular figures so the numbers hold still instead of jittering while you watch them.

Highlight a participant and Streameet keeps that channel hot. Everything reads at a glance, mid-service, without leaning in.

What it actually does

One NDI source per participant

Streameet joins as a participant and captures each person's raw video separately. Your switcher gets discrete inputs it can cut between, key over and route independently.

I420 → UYVY · libyuv · one worker thread per participant

Audio rides along

Meeting audio is embedded in the same NDI source as the video, so lip sync is something you stop thinking about.

16-bit PCM · embedded in-stream

Runs headless beside your switcher

No Zoom gallery to crop and no screen layout to protect. Run a technical rehearsal before the event and monitor the clearly reported meeting and channel status.

Headless capture · explicit fault reporting

Second Window mode when NDI is not an option

On a machine without NDI, Streameet composites the highlighted participants into a plain window for OBS to capture.

Adaptive grid · 1 full · 2 side-by-side · 3–4 quad

Before you buy

The one thing that trips people up: capturing raw video needs the meeting host to grant Local Recording to the Streameet participant. Without it Zoom sends no frames, and no tool can work around that. Streameet asks on join and says plainly when it is still waiting.
