Privacy policy
What Streameet collects during the private beta and why.
Last updated August 17, 2026
Account and billing data
We store your name, email, password hash, subscription and payment references, issued serials, and device activation records. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Streameet.
Zoom connection
When you connect Zoom, Streameet stores encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens, the granted scopes, and Zoom account identifiers. Tokens are used only to request meeting authorization for sessions you start. Disconnecting Zoom deletes this connection.
Meeting telemetry
We record meeting identifiers, session timing, desktop version, source counts and technical failures to operate the licence, diagnose beta issues and measure reliability. Participant video and audio are processed by the desktop on your local machine and are not uploaded to Streameet servers.
Security, retention and requests
Access is limited to operating the service. We retain account and transaction records as needed for support, fraud prevention and legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email streammeet@gmail.com. Deleting an account may not remove records we must legally retain.
Processors and international use
The beta may use Zoom for meeting authorization, Stripe for payments, and an email provider for transactional messages. These providers process data under their own terms. Because the beta serves international producers, data may cross national borders.
